WATERPOINT GOLF PRECINCT

CM+ won an international competition to develop a master plan and prepare concept architectural designs for this 57 hectare site at Waterpoint, located in Ho Chi Minh, City, Vietnam. The leisure park and Graham Marsh designed golf course forms a central green heart in the sustainable precinct, and residential areas are organised into a series of smaller neighbourhood ‘villages’, designed to take advantage of views into and around the golf course and park. The modularisation of land parcels allows for development flexibility and, over time, allows the development to respond to changing market conditions in lifestyle preferences, acquisition of additional land parcels, or further subdivision.
