Timbrell Park Community Facility

Timbrell Park, located on the picturesque shores of the Parramatta River in Sydney’s Inner West, is a vibrant destination for sport and recreation. CM+ has been appointed as the architect for a new prefabricated, multipurpose community facility designed to bring people together and strengthen local connections.

The facility will cater to the needs of four local sporting clubs as well as the broader community that regularly visits the park. Its design incorporates modern change rooms, accessible public amenities, secure storerooms, a canteen, and flexible community spaces that are family-friendly and welcoming. This shared-use approach ensures the building serves sporting clubs, local community groups, and visitors enjoying the adjacent Bay Run, creating a hub that is inclusive, practical, and connected to its natural surroundings.
