Nutrisoy

CM+ has been engaged as the architect to design the new industrial development for Nutrisoy factory.

Located in Banksmeadow, NSW, the Nutrisoy Production Headquarters consists of three elements: Nutrisoy’s Head Office, a high-tech soy-based food and beverage production facility, and a warehouse distribution centre. 

The site is of an irregular shape with a constrained street frontage and access, being flood affected, contaminated, and containing complex easements. CM+ was engaged as the lead consultant and design architect. This involved full service from feasibility/site masterplanning, design & consultants management, design development to development approvals, and will continue interior design to construction documentation and delivery support. 

The CM+ team was able to unlock and maximise the site to meet the client’s brief which achieved over 1:1 FSR for an industrial site, utilising the sites levels for the loading dock and carparking without a separate carparking structure. The facility provides a two- storey production hall that will allow Nutrisoy to substantially increase their production capacity in the future and help elevate the business brand with the new head office design. 

One of the key aspects of the design is to provide a well-presented streetscape and front of house experience for visitor arrivals and efficient staff movements throughout the facility and site.  The building facades respond to the functionality within the facility while the gradation of green botanical hues reflecting the client’s brand and the organic nature of the products.
