CM+ has recently completed work for Randwick City Council preparing new planning controls for the Kensington and Kingsford Town Centres.The Planning Strategy, recently endorsed by Council, embraces a vision for vibrant, multicultural town centres situated along a rejuvenated Anzac Parade boulevard and public domain. Placemaking is central to the approach, embracing the new accessibility to Sydney provided by the Light Rail, currently under construction. The highly sustainable, transport oriented centres will set new standards for affordable housing, environmental targets and pedestrian amenity.
