CM+ was the lead designer for the masterplan to transform Leppington – the greenfield site in the Southwest growth Area into a vibrant new major centre.
The site will support a mix of uses to support up to 13,000 jobs. Key issues addressed included parcel assembly, flood mitigation, built form impacts and placemaking strategies.
A series of green links and community activity corridors were developed to provide a strong and legible framework for the new centre that builds its narrative of place on a sympathetic interpretation of the intersection of manmade elements and natural features.
