Multiplex has completed Stage One of The Terraces at Paddington, the $180 million over-55s community at the Scottish Hospital site on Brown Street, Paddington. CM+ are undertaking adaptive reuse of the 1850’s heritage building ‘The Terraces’, converting it into nine Independent Living Units on Cooper Street, the site’s northern edge.
Currently under construction, the project is due for completion in mid-2018.
