Manchester Road Precinct provides a new vision for an underutilised industrial site located with good access to all forms of public transport.

The 14ha site will be transformed into a thriving residential and mixed use precinct with a diverse mix of 2900 high quality and good value homes that can meet the needs of a growing population.

The plan creates new connections and public parks, with buildings at a respectful scale to eliminate overshadowing. A diversity of height has allowed for green rooftops at the lower scale to enhance views and green spaces. A mix of uses including two multipurpose community centres and a childcare facility, up to 313 new jobs in a local neighbourhood centre, pocket parks, street trees and landscaping along Manchester Road will revitalise the area and provide benefits to existing and new residents alike.
