CM+ was the lead designer for the master plan to transform this industrial precinct into a vital part of the Green Square Town Centre. The site will support a mix of residential and social uses to complement the ongoing transformation of this area. Key issues addressed included parcel assembly, light rail corridor integration, flood mitigation and heritage preservation.

The master plan is organised around a central open space with playing fields, an aquatic centre and a spine reaching back to Green Square. Dwelling types include a mix of terrace and high-rise towers. The plan has been translated into a series of support documents for the City to incorporate into the development process.
