The adaptive re-use of the original garage building within Babworth Estate. This project was part of a larger work for CM+ integrating masterplanning, architecture, heritage, interior design and landscape architecture in the restoration, adaptive re-use and redevelopment of the Babworth House Estate. Nine new houses have been developed in the lower grounds including the Gatehouse, as a contemporary dwelling. New dwellings have been sensitively incorporated onto the site to avoid impact on Babworth House and it’s gardens and to ensure comfortable relationships with surrounding buildings. Interior design services have been provided for 3 houses.
