Commissioned by Woollahra Council to undertake a major upgrade of the Rose Bay Promenade between Rose Bay Park and Lyne Park, this project has breathed new life into an historic Sydney waterfront, including restoration of the sea wall, reinstatement of historic lamp posts, introduction of additional low level lighting, widening the footway and upgrading landscape areas. The project provides increased amenity and recreational potential of the Rose Bay foreshore.

Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD), with stormwater harvesting and treatment beneath carpark zones is a major feature of the design, providing water for trees and landscape areas. In addition to project design and documentation, CM+ prepared the Heritage Impact Statement, Environmental Impact Statement and facilitated community and stakeholder consultation.
