The Integrated Development Application for the adaptive reuse of the North Beach Bathers Pavilion as a restaurant and amenity facility. The Pavilion was built in 1938 and is listed on the State Heritage Register.

The project involves innovative adaptive reuse and remedial works to the building’s fabric and structure, to ensure the long term future of this significant cultural asset. Within the curtilage of the Pavilion, the shared path access, beach front promenade and associated landscaped areas have been upgraded to enhance the Pavilion’s setting and to bring access up to current standards.
