Multiplex has completed Stage One of The Terraces at Paddington, the $180 million over-55s community at the Scottish Hospital site on Brown Street, Paddington. CM+ are undertaking adaptive reuse of the 1850’s heritage building ‘The Terraces’, converting it into nine Independent Living Units on Cooper Street, the site’s northern edge.
The Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull visited the NorthConnex site as reported in this article in the Sydney Morning Herald (14 Dec 2017), currently the longest tunnel under construction in Australia. CM+ are the Urban Designers and Architects for this $2.65b project.
CM+ working with the Randwick City Council Strategic Planning Team have won the PIA 2017 NSW Award for Planning Excellence – Small Project on 8 November 2017, for the Kensington and Kingsford (K2K) Planning Review. Specialist input was provided by consultants Mecone and Arup Transport Planning.
