Conybeare Morrison International (CM+) is pleased to welcome Carolyn Mitchell to the role of Practice Director, where she will oversee studio operations and external client management, as a key member of the leadership team responsible for the strategic direction and growth for the practice. Carolyn joins CM+ during an exciting period of evolution and renewed focus, as the practice shifts towards a new corporate structure following eight key staff appointments in 2018.

Appointments include Richard Nugent, who has been elevated to Design Director across all portfolios and projects; recent hire Michael Morony, Associate Director – Architecture; and Ranti Ng, who moves into the new role of Group Chief Financial Officer across all three Conybeare Morrison Group companies, including CM+, Street Furniture Australia, and Context Landscape Design.

With over 20 years of experience in architecture and management of successful architectural practices, Carolyn most recently oversaw the studio at Mirvac Design, and has previously held leadership positions at Scott Carver and Woods Bagot.

We’re excited about the talent and experience that Carolyn brings to the practice, and look forward to the new leadership team expanding upon past successes as we evolve the business into 2019 and beyond. – Darrel Conybeare and Bill Morrison, Directors

I am thrilled to join CM+, a practice with an inspiring body of enduring work over almost 40 years, and a great studio culture. I look forward to working with the team in continuing the legacy and drawing upon the rich heritage and expertise, creating amazing spaces and places for people all over the globe. – Carolyn Mitchell
